Below are training packages currently offered. My goal as a personal trainer is to get to know your fitness needs and create a program for you. It all starts with a FREE consultation and assessment. I will then create a custom training plan for you, guide you through workouts, and monitor your pogress. All within a fun and positive environment!

Consultation & Assessment - FREE

Our journey begins with a conversation about your fitness goals, lifestyle, and any physical restrictions you may have. For our next step, we’ll complete a comprehensive fitness assessment, where I’ll observe your movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and endurance. This initial assessment serves as a benchmark, allowing us to understand your starting point and identify any areas that may require special focus.

With this information, I’ll develop a customized training plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Your program will prioritize both safety and effectiveness, ensuring each workout supports your progress while minimizing the risk of injury. Together, we’ll create a structured yet flexible roadmap that challenges you and keeps you motivated, guiding you steadily toward your fitness aspirations.

1 on 1 Personal Training

In our 1-on-1 training sessions, you’ll receive personalized guidance and support tailored to your fitness level and goals. I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering clear instructions, demonstrating proper techniques, and ensuring that form and safety are always prioritized. Each workout will be thoughtfully designed to challenge you, but always within your comfort zone to prevent injury and promote steady improvement. I’ll keep detailed records of each session, tracking your progress in strength, endurance, and overall fitness, so you can see your achievements unfold over time and stay motivated on your journey to a healthier, stronger you.

  • $20 per session: Three sessions per week
  • $25 per session: Two sessions per week
  • $40 per session: One session per week

Online Coaching

Take charge of your fitness journey with customized online coaching tailored to your unique goals. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or boost your overall fitness, I create personalized workout plans that fit your lifestyle and preferences. My program is more than just workouts—it’s about building sustainable habits that last, with weekly video reviews to track your progress and keep you motivated.

Enjoy consistent support, accountability, and motivation every step of the way. With regular check-ins, video feedback, and adaptable workout plans, we’ll tackle any challenges together to keep you on track. You’ll have access to expert guidance and resources, helping you train confidently from wherever you are, with the added advantage of weekly video reviews to celebrate your wins and make adjustments as needed.

Who is Chris Ciriaco?

Fitness, especially strength training, has been a cornerstone of my life. From my early days in the Air Force to life after 40, fitness has always been something I’ve gravitated toward. Growing up in Nebraska, I played a variety of sports, but it was during my time in the military that I discovered strength training. My passion for the sport led me to participate in competitions, a highlight of which was earning first place in a strongman event while stationed in California.

However, like many people, there was a time when I didn’t prioritize fitness. After turning 40, I knew I needed to make a change. I committed myself to working out again, rediscovering not just the physical and mental benefits but also a desire to share my knowledge and experience with others.

I understand what it’s like to be in shape as a young person, fall into a more sedentary lifestyle, and then work your way back to fitness. I know the lifestyle changes required, the challenges of overcoming aches and pains, and how to return to activity safely and effectively.
